You find me in the beautiful studio located in a quiet district of Munich city, Nymphenburg. I teach Pilates and work with other trainers and physiotherapists to help support people to find and maintain their optimal well being.
I met Pilates when I had a foot injury while studying ballet in London. Since then, Pilates has supported me in many situations, including my time as a professional dancer, during Pre-and Postnatal, in difficulties and during menopause, it has given me a valuable time to reflect on myself. I am humbled and grateful for this method, I cannot stop learning and practicing it!
Good Movement patterns are healing and neurishing to our minds and bodies. I am here to help find a balance and peace within to create a positive change.
